Roy’s Why: “The three most vulnerable groups are children, the elderly, and people with disabilities. Hope Haven serves the needs of one of these most vulnerable groups, people with mental and physical disabilities. Hope Haven provides housing, programs, and individual living skills to people with disabilities who might not otherwise have anyone to care for them. How could we live with ourselves if we ignore the needs of these people? I am on the board at Hope Haven because of the positive impact it has on the lives of its clients.”
