Her leadership experience spans human resources, quality improvement, operations, fundraising, compliance, and board relations, with a strong focus on staff development, accountability, and person-centered care. Amy is known for her collaborative leadership style, commitment to excellence, and passion for serving diverse populations with dignity and respect.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix and has extensive training and certification in safety, emergency preparedness, crisis prevention, and professional development. She and her family are deeply rooted in their faith-based values, and Amy served as a pastor’s wife for 25 years, supporting ministry, leadership, and service within the church and community. These experiences continue to shape her servant-leadership approach and commitment to compassion-driven care.
Outside of work, Amy is a wife, mother to two daughters, and a proud Mimi to four grandchildren. She enjoys life on her small family farm, raising chickens, goats, and pigs—a reflection of her love for family, faith, hard work, and stewardship. Amy’s personal values and professional mission align in her lifelong dedication to service and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
