Elizabeth Pearson has been part of the Hope Haven family since 2018, beginning as the receptionist before moving into roles as HR Specialist and now Marketing Coordinator. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, which supports her strategic approach to communication and organizational growth. Her diverse experience within Hope Haven gives her a unique perspective and deep understanding of the organization’s mission.

As Marketing Coordinator, Elizabeth leads marketing and communication efforts, working to share impactful stories, strengthen community engagement, and expand outreach. She is passionate about using creativity and strategy to highlight the incredible work happening at Hope Haven and to support its ongoing growth.

Outside of work, Elizabeth is a wife and a bio and foster mom. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, reading, and going thrift shopping.
